• Question: why do companies use palm oil if they know its bad?

      Because it’s cheaper than the alternatives.

      Because it’s cheap. And when companies are trying to make as much money as possible, cheap is more important to them that good.

      What the other guys said, because they make lots of money from it! If people stop buying stuff with Palm Oil in it though, their profits will stop and they will have to use something else less harmful.

      Yes, big companies need to stop doing bad things, but we can start helping too – be more conscious about what you buy and how much stuff you waste.
