At work? When things go wrong for an unexpected reason.
For example, when the laser beam does not look like we’d like it to (on our speical infra-red cameras), sometimes it is clipping on one of the components on its long journey to its target, and we have to figure out where… It gets worse when it’s not the obvious fix!

Having too many things to do. The solution is usually making a to-do list and focusing on the most important and urgent things.

I love to do lists! I have about 5 that rule my life! It helps me to not forget those little tasks that only take 5 minutes but aren’t important right now, allowing me to prioritise the important things as Anne suggested.
