      The Big Bang happened 14 billion years ago and there are roughly a trillion galaxies in the universe.

      The Big Bang happened 13.7 billion years ago. We now of 100 billion galaxies so far, but there could be even more out there. Maybe even a trillion.

      13.7 billion years ago. but the number of galaxies I have no idea. You need Astronomer for that.

      I remember the first time I actually used some maths to calculate it at uni – it was so cool when I got the right answer! 😀
