I don’t know if there was really a time where I turned into a scientist, it’s something I think I’ve always been in one way or another all the way back to when I was taking apart my parents video player when I was 3 🙂

I did a lot of other jobs like working in a bank, on a building site, in bars and stuff before I went back to uni to study biology, so I’ve only been a scientist for about 6-7 years. This isn’t very much compared to the other scientists in this zone! I’m just starting!

It depends where you start counting from! I started my Physics degree 26 years ago. I finished my PhD 20 years ago and have been working as a research scientist ever since then.
